Sorry, our jail system has issues here right now. They just had their sixth death in a couple of months with a guy who was in pre-trial detainment for over a month due to not being able to float $5,000 bond (very ironic in this case BTW, where was the bail group in this case) in a unpaid child support case. He was a suicide risk and the jail didn’t have the staff to supervise.
That’s a problem. And a pretty blatant 8th Amendment violation.

There was a push by the victim and others for him not to be sent to jail but you instead receive mental health treatment. Because our current gel is understaffed and unable to supervise.

If a right wing activist attempted to kill this Jewish Democrat mayoral candidate, c on z would be pointing to how this is another example of the rise of white supremacy terrorism, but since it's a black blm activist, he's probably just a victim of the system.
