You can easily spot the fathers in this thread with fat SOs. On top of it they are making excuses and justifying the tragedy of women not keeping themselves up.

Yeah you can't "eat for two" and expect to bounce back. Once I get pregnant I'm certainly not gonna just start eating whatever I want. Gonna still watch what I eat and exercise as long as possible while pregnant. That way it will be easier to lose it after baby is born.

Also...exercising while pregnant makes for an easier pregnancy and makes childbirth easier.

I've heard the opposite from people who have worked with her.

This is just ignorant. You can speak in absolutes like that. How did your wife do after having a child?

Please tell me how it is impossible to eat healthy and do some form of physical training each day simply because you have a baby and/or a job. I don't want to hear how difficult it is. I want to know what physically prevents it from happening.

Nobody said it has to be "easy" to hit the gym or go for a run. You just have to do it anyway

Okay, you find time to go to the gym when you are dealing with a kid that is on a 3 hour rotation. Wake up and scream, change diaper, feed for 30-40 minutes, put back to sleep, get about an hour and a half of them sleeping, then do it all over again. Some kids might make it easier than others, but we were both Exhausted for 4 months. She probably didn't sleep for more than 3 hours straight that entire time due to having to pump even if I was watching him.

My first part was a joke. I don't automatically expect someone to be able to handle all that.

I didn't start hitting the gym until he was about 5 months old, and that's at the expense of her having to stay home with him. I'll admit, my wife has never been a "go and workout" type, and she could have been a little more active. But I think a lot of people underestimate the time it takes. Even at a year old, she gets off of work and by the time she's done washing clothes, feeding him, bathing him, cleaning house up, it's 8 o'clock.

My first part was a joke. I realize the shite ain't easy.

Yeah many of my friends that lost the baby weight quickly didn't lose it by having time to work out.

They lost it because they breastfed and were so busy with baby they didn't have time to eat most of the time so the weight just fell off of them.

One of my friends has amazing genes. She is my age(37) and has always been naturally skinny(and never works out). She always drops the weight pretty easily after babies and usually weighs less after the baby than before she got pregnant.

Again, it doesn't have to be "easy", you just have to do it anyway.

From 8p to 9p, jump on a treadmill, go for a run, do some pushups, swing a kettlebell etc.

No offense to anyone ITT, but Blake probably has way better genes than your wife. This is in addition to the trainers, free time, diet, etc.

Also add in the fact that she likely can afford a personal trainer to work with her full time and a personal chef to cook healthy meals for her.

And she likely wasn't doing any acting projects then so could work on getting back in shape 24/7.

Your application for admission into Jelly School has been accepted.

You are also in contention for a full scholarship offer.

Yea she does.

Google it.

Not that I care. I love bolt ons. Not sure what the fascination with natural flappy mam glands. They go to absolute crap after a baby or post 30.

I want nothing to with that. I've got 5k stowed away for the wifey when that time comes.
