Big no. It doesn't leave Biloxi, really, although there are some events in Gulfport. It definitely doesn't cross into Ocean Springs, Long Beach, Pass, Bay, etc., but there may be some more POC than normal in those areas during BSB week.

I witnessed some interesting shenanigans as a young lad when BSB first started in Biloxi.
The beach roads will be absolutely grid locked from the Casinos to Gulfport. Ocean Springs won’t be as bad because 90 is inshore.

I went there by accident once.
I should have known something was up when all the hotels were quoting room rates of $200-300 per night.
There was a traffic jam all up and down the beach highway from Gulfport to all points east, at which point we ended up in Gautier for the night.

Last time we went to Ocean Springs there was some rooftop club with a line of “it” out of the first floor door and a few uniformed police making sure “it” didn’t get out of hand.
