I would say Asians value intelligence, family, and education moreso culturally. Its why Asians spend so much time studying and wanting to get degrees. Plus they're smarter with their money and save.

And work ethic, and being consistently good citizens (kids play classical music, members of local art museums, travel abroad for educational vacations, etc. etc.)

This is because they don't use banks or buy anything on credit. They don't trust anyone with their money except family. This is also why they keep to themselves for the most part.
