Not great - not terrible area.
It’s 2 blocks to the new hospitals, about a half dozen to Whole Foods. But there are definitely some issues. It could be drugs, or just visiting friends, or his Airbnb
It’s only a couple blocks off the greenway too so bikes are pretty common through there even late night and non drug related
