Black Lab Breeders

So I recently was buying a black lab from a breeder out of Mississippi, upon delivery she brought me the wrong one and said she sold the one I had a deposit on.
Well F her, do any of you good people know a legit breeder I can use to get a female pup asap?

Don't go to a breeder. Get a shelter dog. Or, if you must have a purebred, use a breed rescue organization.

There are some pretty good ones, but you're gonna have to pay for that lineage.
My purebred was $165 at the shelter. I had a chick on the inside though, so I picked him up right after he got shots

I'm willing to go to 1K, but I will def check the shelters if I can save one. I do want a puppy though. Thanks for the help and as always the witty comments that go along with posting on the OT. Never disappoints

Check with Tina at Champion retrievers. Her husband, Joe, trains our labs and she always knows where the good litters are. They sire out several of their chocolates and have plenty of litters with black dogs in them. Just google champion retrievers. They are in pineville/marksville area.

Tom Hamilton w/ Braken Fen Gundogs in Gautier Mississippi. I have a couple friends that have purchased his pups & they couldn't be more satisfied..... Not sure what he has available but he'd be worth the call
