I've been looking at new tools for the past couple weeks and this is a good deal if you need a drill and oscillating tool. Dewalt 20v Homedepot $140

Fine for the DIY. Battery power is only 1.5 amp hours which is very low, short lasting. The 5 amp battery cost around $100 that will work with those tools.
