Wouldn't have something to do with the state of Louisiana having 3 cities ranking in the top 20 in highest murder rates, or NOLA itself being a perennial top 3 finisher every year.

He's right about those other cities being more inclusive though. They have higher percentages of white people compared to New Orleans.

The black middle class started leaving New Orleans in the early 70's for Atlanta because they themselves saw the handwriting on the wall even back then which gave Atlanta a leg up. Katrina all but ran the rest of the middle class out so now it's SJW whites and black thugs, scammers.

Stone Mountain is literally 13 miles from the city center of Atlanta. It's well within the Atlanta metro. You can clearly see the city from atop the summit.

I live less than an hour away and doubt if I ever set foot in that cesspool again! The only time I've had my vehicle broken into and something stolen was across from Cafe du Monde with hundreds of people walking past it. Go figure!
