Bill Burr is very funny. With that said, I wonder how little self awareness was required for you to cite that he "pokes fun at wokeness" immediately before saying it's time to "laugh at ourselves again", when I assume that you consider yourself to be the opposite of woke

Yes, I am the opposite of woke! I do enjoy comedy and music...two aspects of life that seem to hold people together in spite of their political views.

Didn't Chapelle kind of discover Bill Burr? I vaguely recall Burr giving credit to Chapelle for a couple of appearances on the Chapelle Show. That racial draft fantasy one is timeless.

His early stuff was funny. Then he married a militant black chick and he started to change his tune. Then Covid really fricked him up. He’s full of white self-loathing now, seems to hate his own country for their evil racist past, went all in on the west coast mentality towards Covid, completely entrenched in the Hollywood culture, and still claims to be ‘anti-woke’? He’s as woke as it gets. Just listen to a few recent podcasts (not replays of stuff from 10 years ago).
