Heavy snow is WET snow... The snow anyone gets this go around will be A DRY snow...... Which means fluffy and light.... Still a bitch to drive in......
Cause you get more ice with A dry snow.....

Its bad enough people can't drive on a sunny day but if you add in 20 or 30 degree weather, rain and ice, is bumper cars central


We haven't even experienced the bad stuff yet

I just saw exactly ONE sleet pellet rolling down my roof. The rest is a fine mist.

And now the Audubon Bridge connecting Pointe Coupee and West Feliciana parishes is shut down, inconveniencing tens of people.

Heavy sleet most of the day in Mamou. Been snowing heavily for the past 30 minutes or so.

I'm near Highland and Jefferson too. Heavy mist right now. It won't be long now until it starts freezing on everything.

Just took Highland from bluebonnet to I-10, no ice that I saw or drove through
