Pretty sure it says for High Resolution Rapid Refresh. So it shows a high resolution (smaller blocks of atmosphere considered) and pulls recorded soundings and radar data like the other models do.
Yeah though, it's trying to get the most accurate short term (next 18 hour) picture.

Gotcha so it’s not a compilation of models but more of a “future cast” model in itself.

Yeah, it's a high res short term model.
Also, LIX just released a new discussion and they're sticking to the advisory picture as it stands currently. We'll see how the rest of the globals come in and see if they will want to budge it south.
