I kind of agree with you here....if someone wants to kill people in public, they're going to get it done one way or another. I do think that there's some potential benefit to requiring someone to reload more often and/or carry more weapons. The time spent reloading can be precious seconds for a response to the shooter, be it from LE or another citizen, while he's unable to shoot.
The Va Tech shooting was carried out using a Glock with 10 round mags.

Abortion is specifically outlined in the US Constitution?
Apparently it's hidden in a hidden right to privacy that's invisible in a glaring penumbra. Or some such reasoning.
Why not just say it's freedom of religion? Moloch worship is as okay as worshipping Allah.
We're in crazy town and are just now realizing we've been here awhile.

No. Almost 20 states already have these laws on the books. You really think the cops are going to confiscate guns from Republicans for no reason? C'mon...not everything is a conspiracy.
You can't imagine a world where you say or do something non-pc and then the red flag laws are used against you? I've got to say, with the way cancel culture is raging here, that is an extremely real possibility

A more recent poll from Gallup in Nov 2020, shows that support for stricter gun laws has been at its lowest since 2016.
Probably because Progressives scared the shite out of their own so badly, they are the ones who purchased firearms.
I've never considered black folks to be progressive for the most part. They're smarter than that.
Progressivism = feminine, soft, scared, needing government protection rather than taking care of yourself.

So, in your eyes, anyone in this country should be allowed to carry any gun of their choice? No one should EVER be stripped of their constitutional right to be a part of a well regulated militia? Middle eastern men can come here and build armories? You cool with armed blacks marching down your street? What about liberals who don't like republicans?
So you acknowledge the racist roots of American gun control efforts? At least liberals are consistent in their history of racism...

those guns need to be temporarily removed from the home until a proper threat assessment can be made.
I could argue against this using logic, but clearly logic is not something of value to you.
So, instead my weapon of choice will be one of emotion.....
Suck my cock.

The riots of 2020 have convinced me that there is a need for firearms to protect my family where law enforcement cannot do so.

You voted for an individual who has explicitly stated that fact.
I am not sure why people believe that they can distance themselves from the stances of those they voted into power, as if their support only goes up to the point where their personal opinions differ.
These are the same people that say handguns should be ok to own despite the fact that they're responsible for over 90% of gun homicides.

You think Roger got a stimulus?

Here is the problem. The magazine capacity doesn't matter in a mass shooting as the poeple there either can't fight back or can't flee. Shooting fish in a barrel analogy is appropriate in those cases.
Where capacity matters is when you are engaged in a fight especially inside your house.

frick this. Plenty of people who shouldn’t be driving drive every single day and nobody gives a frick.
This will prevent people with depression and other minor issues from owning a firearm. It’s nobody’s damn business.

If a kid gets kicked out of school for constantly talking about how he's going to shoot up the school, the parents have guns at home, those guns need to be temporarily removed from the home until a proper threat assessment can be made.
This is some deranged, draconian bullshite. You should never say you're any sort of moderate on this board from now on.

You think a shooter with 1 30 round mag can do more damage then a shooter with three 10 round mags? Have you ever changed a mag on a rifle. You’re talking seconds
Yes. Seconds are precious. Say you're carrying and some dude starts firing. When is the best time for you to take your shot? When he's reloading.
Is it not better that he can only get 10-15 shots off before you get your shot than 30-50?

You don't know what you're talking about. You've clearly never been around weapons in any sort of capacity beyond video games, or maybe a shooting range.

So you’re okay with him shooting 10-15 times? Why do you hate innocent people?
