I've started buying clothes from the brand Goodthreads on Amazon. All of their button-down shirts are $25-$30 as are their chino pants.

Mountain Khakis fit this description. I like mine. Beware that they run roomy. I got the slim fit and they fit like regular pants from other brands.

Patagonia makes some super comfortable pants and they've held up well. I've got a couple pairs and they've held up well.

I've never tried Patagonia pants (chinos), but I'm sure they a comfortable and durable. Their performance jeans are probably the best jeans I have ever owned.
ETA: Bonobos is my go to for chinos, both regular and flannel lined for fall/winter. They are pretty durable, except some of the darker colors tend to fade in the knee or develop a wallet mark over time
