Metal back scratcher, tore both shoulders up and surgery will do very little to help. So I cannot reach middle of back to scratch and itch, so that thing is a life saver. And since I have a slight hairy back, u get itches, and it's a life saver. W/o. It, I'm flailing trying to reach more than 3 inches into my back area, because of messed up shoulders.

Got shots in both, felt better. But still cannot get back there when I need to, but that steel back scratcher does,
