Best Place To Park For Nyx and Muses Near Napoleon?

I've got friends coming in from out of town who really want to see Nyx tomorrow night and Muses Thursday night.
I don't usually get Uptown during the week for parades so I have no idea how I should do this. Would like to catch in the Napoleon/St Charles area so we can get back to Old Metairie fairly easily. Just find a spot on the street somewhere? I don't mind paying to park. Does that church lakeside of St. Charles and Napoleon still sell port a let passes for $5?
Any tips/tricks y'all can share?

In front of St Anthony’s.
A wise person gave me this tip a long time ago.

Works great for Endymion. I've got my Endymion and Bacchus hooked up already. Just never go to Nyx or Muses and trying to do them much earlier in the route than I normally do Uptown parades as it's still a work week for me.

Park on St. Charles or just off closer to S. Carrollton and take streetcar. Streetcar will stop 1 block from Napoleon (end of the line on parade night). Can take streetcar back to you car after parade. We live in Palmer Park area and always take streetcar to see parades on Napoleon at St. Charles.

Thanks! I didn't even think about the streetcar.

How crowded do the streetcars get? I'll have a big rolling ice chest, chairs, etc and about 4-5 other people with me.
We usually do St. Stephens for the 1st weekend of parades, but that's becoming a cluster frick lately. Not sure how bad it gets on weeknights though.

I'd come down Claiborne to Napoleon and as you approach St Charles start looking for places to park on the N side of St Charles and maybe the W side of Napoleon.
Sacred Heart's campus at that corner sells food and has bathroom passes. That's usually our "first weekend" spot.
Not sure if they do parking passes.

Not crowded really, but could depend on time and where you get on. Never saw large crowds on the streetcar. People don’t think about that.

"Not sure if they do parking passes."
the parking is all sold in advance so don't plan on using those.
Also, that area has gotten really crowded. Better to come in a little lower, park at Cohen High, and you will then have more area to set up at the route. If you must stay up near Napoleon, it's better to set up on Napoleon. the neutral ground on St. Charles around Gen Pershing is packed.

Both parades tonight line up on Jefferson Avenue between Tchoupitoulas and Magazine Street, which is the official starting point.)
Crowds should not be too thick on Magazine Street up that way. If you get into the neighborhood uptown/lake quadrant there, you SHOULD be able to get within a block or two of Magazine Street. We do this on Friday night, too, it is pretty easy to get out of there after.
