Looking for an intern to hire ASAP, or just someone who wants part time work in New Orleans, and also Baton Rouge. Operations type work, but need someone sharp.
Have any of you used a website/program/college avenue that worked well? Getting crap posting on Indeed...TIA
20-30 hours/week
Operations/data
$11-$15/hour
Must have a car

Call a temp agency or career services at universities.

Go thru whatever college you want the person to come from. You should have done this months ago though... You won't get a sharp person looking for an internship in mid july because they would have already gotten their summer internship if they were sharp.

If you send me an excellent intern, sure.

Know a few of my friends from Tulane that got work through Temp Companies in New Orleans. They were all pretty smart people/good students.

How long do you need them for and is it paid?

I did this months ago, and the person just quit. So now I am stuck doing this at a bad time, I do realize.
I'll reach out to UNO/Tulane career services - but wanted to see if anyone had any other bright ideas that I am not thinking of.

be prepared to pay a lot for low quality employee. Do you have linked in? Try there. Just post looking for part time employee.
Or facebook.

Now until November, have enough work for 30-40 hours/week. $11/hour if undergrad; $15/hour if in grad school or equivalent work experience. I'm tired of getting crappy people so I'm willing to pay.

Give me some details. I'm not doing shite this summer other than taking an economics class

You don't think $15/hour for a student is good pay? It's more than most companies and definitely more than a student worker job on campus...

Are you available in the fall though? Need someone through end of October-ish.
The work is in operations/data.
