Try contacting career services at LSU. They'll show you how to make a posting on their website.
Also, try to send out information on what kind of intern you need to student chapters of professional organizations in your field.

Sorry gang, I didn't think to use TD as a place to look around, but my office is always looking for intern/part time help.
We've hired on the last two part time people and offered full time-benefits once they graduated LSU. It worked out well - that was in accounting though.
