The biggest thing that goes wrong with a small engine is the carburetor or the magneto gets rusty from people letting them get rained on.
Not a problem, garage and storage building in the back.

You got a deal there
Yea, they're $700-$800 everywhere else. I didn't really need a 30" but I couldn't pass it up. It actually works out for a new guy I just hired because I am giving it to him to use.

I just bought a little Dixon Zeeter 30" ZTR off of Craigslist yesterday for $300.
What are you going to use the Dixon for with all those other mowers? Personal use?

Last mower you will have to buy.
I've had mine for 6 years and just changed the oil/plug/air filter last week and it starts on the first half assed pull every time. Even after sitting all winter

I've never heard of dixon. What's the going rate for one of those? What engine is in it?
It's got a little Briggs on it. Not the best but it runs great. Dixon mowers are also all chain driven. No belts outside of the deck belt. Pretty cool actually.

Hell no. That would take all day. I use that SD in the middle mostly for my grass.

So what are you planning on using it for?
Posted on 5/24/15 at 8:11 pm to UpToPar
Like I said above, I am giving it to a new guy I just hired a month or so ago. At least until I can find him something bigger but I will keep it as a backup even after that.

Look on the patio at Lowes' I bought a Troy-Bilt for $160 with 2 year warranty. Decent brand lawnmower.
Most of the ones on the patio have been repaired so they knock almost 50% off the price.

Where the lawnmowers are.
Patio, front of store, what ever you want to call the front outside area of the store. Usually where they have mulch and everything out front.
I'm in Pensacola fwiw

I thought you were referencing a patio that had used mowers
Go on

. Does anyone here use a reel mower
Bought a reel mower 4 years ago. My yard and 3 small rental properties. Best decision ever.
Don't even think about electronic. The battaries are simply not there for the price

They had at least 10 for sale. Troy Bilt, Husqvarna(sp?) Riding, push etc..

I got one from k mart 3 years ago for 89$ and have cut many a yard with it. It's been a hell of a lawnmower, I shite you not.

In 2005, I got the $599 Honda self propelled walk behind mower at Home Depot.
No problems - oil and air filter change every 2 years and I don't use ethanol gas --- no breakdowns in 9 years
