I convinced my Dad to get an MKT Ecoboost back in 2013. I loved that car. Fast as hell with a low center of gravity.

Dealer markups are dead anyone still paying them is a lazy idiot.

Depends on where you live. A bunch of dealers around me are still charging them but I'm willing to travel to get cars.

$8500 off on Sierras but $10-25k markup on Yukons

Wife got a CPO Q7 that was driven by the finance manager of the dealership for a few months for sub $50k (in 2020). Their CPO deals are actually awesome. They add a year to the initial warranty and make it unlimited miles. So we got barely used vehicle with more warranty left on it than if we'd have bought new. If you can shop in a town like Houston that has tons of vehicles in their CPO program due to huge dealerships with loaners and employee demo's, you can find a good deal.

Well...since so many of them are raising their grandchildren...probably quite a few.

I dunno. I’ve only ever seen senior citizens driving Traverses.

Q7

Coworker had one and it stayed in the shop with engine issues. Left her stranded twice. Audi finally agreed to buy it back.
