Giving a released convict a job and vehicle to use to get to said job. Only to find your home broken into and the vehicle abandoned 200 miles away

Saw a woman with a car full of kids with a flat at a gas station.
Offered to change tire. She said she had a spare.
Go to grab spare and it's flat. Station were at doesn't have air.
Drive spare to another station and air it up. Return and realize it's the wrong size rim.
Take original tire to other station and air it up, return and put it on.
Tell lady it will last for her to drive down street to tire place to get a replacement.
Lady says " I don't have time, I'm late for church" and drives off without even saying thank you.

I had bought a new truck through the credit union. For $80 and financing through them they searched and found what I wanted and the best deal available. I have always dreaded going to a dealership and playing games and was working crazy hours.
Gave a Mazda B2000 to my nephew as he had gotten his license and I taught him how to drive a manual transmission.
My shitty brother-in-law sold that truck a month later. Made a down payment on a Sea-Doo. Never liked that guy, we weren't friends like my other brother-in-laws.
I've deleted the rest of this post.

a few years ago, i heard of a good Samaritan helping someone who's trailer load came loose on highway 25 in central mississippi. Poor guy was killed by oncoming traffic.
