The red kongs are no match for Boerboels lol. The black ones last a little longer but if they are motivated they still destroy those too. Its quite amazing.

real tennis balls (not the ones that are for dogs), they are the only thing my lab won't tear up.

Nylabones last pretty long. Also used milk jugs with the cap removed will keep them occupied for a couple hours.

I just let him chew on sticks outside all day. He usually eats them, so I don't have to clean up

Antlers are great. My pups can destroy anything else in about an hour. Antlers last at least a month for them.

my 90 pound staffy has had a black one for like 5 years now. the red ones are good but a dog with a really strong jaw needs the black one.

Our new dog was also demolishing toys on a regular basis

Not sure where we got it, but this rope/tug thing has lasted since day one!!

Every thing else literally wouldn't last a week, but that think has. That and really really old thick arse frisbee, is still hanging in there.

Deer or elk antlers. They are around $25 on Amazon.

My dog tore that rope toy in a few days the straps went first then the strings from the rope became loose and it was over. She enjoyed every second of it though! Rubber Kong toys are the only thing that lasts for mine- not all of them but most do well. West Paw she destroys too, but it takes a while. I have a small to medium sized dog, but she's just an aggressive chewer. Nylabone I don't touch. I read some reviews and a semi popular complaint were from people who had to bring their dogs in for surgery after the dogs swallowed pieces of the toy. With an aggressive chewer, it's not a risk I am willing to take.

Antlers don't even last my dog a week before they become a choking hazard. She loves them so much, but they're so expensive for how long they don't last.

know how i know you're pretentious?

you got it from the GD shelter. you did not rescue it under fire.

ETA: my lab is stronger than anything Kong or Tuffy puts out. my tree walker coon hound makes things last, but my lab takes them and ruins them in a matter of minutes.
