For Max Himmel?
No, but I've done business with the Himmels for well over a decade now. We have a long history that will never be forgotten. Words cannot express my respect for Max and his two sons.

I’ve met the sons but never dealt with them. I always dealt with Max or he had the guy Angel in there a long time I dealt with. I seldom need hollow metal doors or hardware these days as I don’t do much commercial work but on occasion I will and I stop in.

Bitch you were crawling around the sewers of IP Bastrop with Mean Gene ?
That was before I got my head somewhat screwed on the right way. We did do a stent in the lime-kiln in downtown Selma, AL back in the day. Truly historic place.

Your just a number at kiewit.
Definitely a number, but plenty of hours and experience. If you don’t mind working 60+ hours a week as an intern, you’ll be set. Solid environment with interns, and usually get some special treatment as long as you work hard and the people on the project like you.
Baseball games, free dinners, bar nights. They’ll take care of you.

Your best bet is to go work as a helper in a plant especially if you aren't a senior. Learn how to build shite and learn what to expect to encounter in field life while you still can. You're never gonna want to do that once you graduate and it'll teach you skills that you'll never learn in the office. And employers will admire that on your resume
