My one year old frenchie puppy is a sweetheart but oh so destructive. He will pass up a toy to chew on the furniture. Can anyone suggest a good boarding program that could help him? I’m willing to drive some from near Baton Rouge.

99.9 % certain you are not exercising your dog enough daily -- and that also includes mental stimulation. Most dog behavior issues are because of owners who do not allow their dog enough time to release their energy -- and this is where the destructive behaviors come in.
To answer your qeustion, Diamond in the Ruff or Larry Benoit. But my point above is where I would start first.

100% agree. He’s a frenchie so it’s hard to exercise him without him getting overheated—especially in the summer.

Early morning, and late evening. Also, utilize bully sticks and/or buffalo cheeks. Frozen peanut butter kong treats that are inside a toy. Just some ideas for in between.
Here's mine.

Larry still around? My mom used him years ago. He has always had a good reputation.
OP, your dog is still a pup so will act like a pup. Others have given you good advice so won’t repeat except if you aren’t using a kennel, maybe consider, so pup doesn’t chew on something harmful if you aren’t home. Also, training is for you, too. Take a class with your dog. Your frenchie does not need board and train. Aside from Larry who was referenced here, Northshore Canine Academy in Lumberton, MS is who I know of and trust. Otherwise, I’d never leave my dog at one. Too many have died in those places.

Y Farms Kennel in Zachary has been great for us.
We sent our golden there as a puppy for training. They did great work, and he is now an AKC registered service dog. Wife takes him to volunteer at hospitals, hospice centers, nursing homes, children museums, etc.
Anytime we have to go out of town, we bring him back there for boarding. He loves it. We pull up, and my well trained dog bolts from the car to go inside.

Is this happening when you're gone?

Exercise is the single most important activity for your dog. The one thing you cannot skip!
Walking with your dog is the single most powerful tool to help you connect with all the aspects of your dog’s mind --- animal, dog, breed, and name. By mastering the walk, you can truly bond with your dog as her pack leader. The walk is the foundation of your relationship. It is also where your dog learns to be a dog. She learns about her environment, about the other animals and humans in it, about dangers such as cars, and about things to be avoided such as bikes and skateboards. She gets to pee on trees and really get to know her territory.
A structured regular walking schedule is vital, especially for dogs with behavior problems and issues.

Get him multiple toys and switch them out.

Yes. I work 4am to 4pm weekdays. Husband works from home but he’s working. He kennels him and take him outside periodically during the day for short periods. That’s when he’s being destructive.

Get him one of those toys you put a treat or peanut butter in the middle of it and they have to put in some work to get to it.. That will keep him busy for a little while. He has that puppy energy, wear his arse out playing fetch or running around in the yard.

Sit Happens Dog Training out of Lafayette is a really good choice for board and train. I used them for my dogs and they are really good. I like that they combine some old school training with newer techniques. They offer classes in Lafayette but will come to baton rouge for the private lesson training. While the training is for you too, some dogs need a little extra help. I think the board and train would be a really good choice for your dog to break him of his bad habits. You could try on your own but not being an expert it could end up being a very frustrating and time consuming trial and error.
