A lot of random brick buildings in parking lots around the city. This one didn’t make it.

Developers have been after that parcel for yrs, but the historic designation has foiled them.

To get away from people I used to go and drink at the Q&C hotel bar near there.

Brick building falls on Sunday, by Tuesday no trace of a brick building. Wednesday you can get a good deal on aged bricks.

I parked in that parking lot for a Mardi Gras that I went down there for about 8 hours but ended up staying 2 days. My parking fee was like $150 and I had to scrounge up money to pay it as most of us had blown every dollar we had on partying. One of the best Mardi Gras’ I ever had. We’d piss on that building every time was had to go back to the car.

I've always wondered the history of that old arse, abandoned brick building from what appears to be 100 years old. Absolutely no idea of what that thing used to be.

It's the historic Karnofsky pawn shop building where Louis Armstrong worked in 1910s

I think he worked there as a youngin. It was a pawn shop.

I could have read wrong info though. This was early yesterday evening.
