I’m going to go out on a limb and say the pilot didn’t look anything like this…
My guess would be one of these…

You mean Filipe Silva Molina? From what I read the other pilot told him he was coming in too fast and Filipe never responded. Are you thinking he did it on purpose because he may have, I really don't know.
