It has been posted on here several times that pits are responsible for more deaths than ALL OTHER BREEDS COMBINED.

I'll ask yet again. Has this statistic been controlled for how the dogs were raised? Because that's a rather salient point in terms of how the dog behaves. I've been around Pits that I had zero fear of. I've also been around labs that I won't go within 20 feet of.

You do realize your choice of dogs just got extremely limited, right?

Amazing to see Dobermans bottom of the list. One of my sons has two that dote on the babies and children. Boxers were no surprise. They're perfect dogs for families IMO.

Okay you linked me a single statistic.

I'll give you one. The U.S. has had over 250 mass shootings. More than any other nation in the world and it's not even in the same universe.

Are Americans inherently more dangerous than the people of any other nation?

These sophisticated neck tattoo guys aren't changing my mind. I did a search for tiger attacks in America over the past decade and can't find any. Yes, I also looked for peer reviewed studies and various techniques for raising tigers in a loving home. Even tigers are safer than pit bulls!

What are you talking about?

God some of you people are absolute morons. I'm not deflecting anything. I'm making a point that a single statistic doesn't tell the entire story. As much as that's true for humans, its true for other animals.

How many tigers are being raised by billy bob who beats his dog and his wife at the dinner table?

It's almost like how an animal is raised determines how it acts....

How many more pits need to kill a human to say that it’s no longer OK to own one.

You should know you have a better chance of convincing tOT that Chik-fil-a has bad service than pit bulls aren't the most dangerous breed of dog.

You can knight if you like but it is a quixotic endeavor.

How many pits kill humans compared to how many are perfectly docile?

What is the difference?

I completely agree with this statement, but can’t you agree because pit bulls were originally bred to be violent that they are more likely to commit violent acts

crazy how pit bulls are “raised poorly” at a STAGGERING clip compared to all other breeds

Really makes you think
