State fair grounds are the obvious choice. But city park under the oaks would be great, especially if they didn't play country music. It would jack up the golf I'm sure. Isnt there a bunch of support to close the course for purposes like this?

A country superfest would get a much better showing in Shreveport than New Orleans. The state fairgrounds would be a good venue.
