It’s 10:25pm and 87 degrees outside, my upstairs temp is 75 and downstairs is 74.

Last night, I was working weather at MSY, New Orleans International. Our temperature in Kenner was 91 F at 12:30 am last night. Dew point was 80 F. Had a heat index of 111 F at fricking midnight.

Once the light winds stopped coming off the Lake, the temperature came down to around 87 F around 1:00 am

I bet the poor bastards who built the Atchafalaya Bridge probably had PTSD. I've heard camp stories that between the mosquitos and the heat (during summer) that it was literally maddening to be on those crews.

Its 940 here in olympic national park and its like 50 outside. This weather rocks but the time zone has taken some getting used to.
