Wait what? Veggies are bad? I love broccoli and brussels sprouts. They make me poop good and regular.

I eat mostly seafood. Mostly blackened fish fillets, primarily Mahi Mahi, tuna, and tilapia. I also eat a lot off crawfish, shrimp, crab, and oysters. With this I east sautéed zucchini, squash, and onions.

Diet like this wont work without eating at least two pair of truck testicles a day. They go down better with raw eggs which I see you didn't buy. Back to da stoe Baw

I’m lucky that there are a few local farms to get my grass fed beef, unpasteurized milk, yogurt, cream, butter, and organ meats

You must not be feeding a family with that. That’s good for one or two people but not a famuhly.

Yeah I did notice the quantities he mentioned probably sitting around the $400 range with those choices for a family.

People spend that every week because they're lazy. Look at the threads we have here people saying they spend $3k a month on groceries

You need to get your arse moving. I would lose over 2 pounds a week on that skimpy arse calorie count.

Cousin is a gastroenterologist. Some of his patients who just ate meat and fruit complained of digestive issues which improved when vegetables were added.
