I saw this place on the way to work today. Has anyone been there? The concept seems interesting, especially the simulated gun battles.

Force on Force scenarios rely on non-lethal training aids in order to provide the stress, adrenaline, danger, and positive hit identification, that cannot be replicated through any other means than an actual gunfight. Battle Zone NOLA uses the same simulated training weapons and ammunition that is utilized by America’s elite law enforcement and military units for ultra-realistic force on force training. Our simulated weapons and ammunition allow us to safely experience “real life scenarios” against other armed attackers.

Why would you pay money for this in New Orleans?

Looks like their guns fire some sort of projectile. BB's or airsoft maybe?

They also do defense training, hand to hand, etc...
Cool concept, should be successful.

Force on Force is the brand (and ammo). Simulation rounds that are great for training. The weapons they use are identical to regular weapons but are (usually) blue. Same weight, mechanisms, etc. I held a Glock Force on Force weapon the other day and if you closed your eyes you'd never know the difference. Have been shot with both the 9mm and M4 and you'll definitely feel it in the morning.
