Hmm...the video with the snake was posted on the 28th with the caption "I caught this gem on my camera today." The "after" video was posted on the 30th, but, as you pointed out, is clearly from a different period. Judging from what looks like Live Oak leaves on the ground in the second video, I'd say that it was from the late winter/early spring. While the snake video appears to be during summer (very green grass, no leaf litter).

Slithering along the wall from the farside of the pot to the nearside. Stopping at the door/rug before being spotted and revering course. Snake was looking for a place to hide after noticing the UPS man walking on the porch. Looked like it was just sitting in its place until the man approached.
