I drove past it yesterday, and after seeing that plantation home sitting in the middle of that cleared land, all I could think was, "This is going to piss somebody off."

If you make a big deal about a plantation site you are a racist. If you don't make a big deal about a former plantation site you are a racist.
I could even see the argument from the SJWs on the other side of the confederate monuments. If conservatives wanted to tear them down they would likely fight because white people are trying to run/hide from their evil past.

I made the prediction a couple years ago that the destruction of Plantation homes will be next on the SJW hit list. They'll want them bulldozed.
