The dude was the listing agent when I sold my Santa Maria house. He got me top price. His junior agent Travis brought me to him.
That was 10 years ago.
I will say though, there was something about him that was a bit extra.
I feel sorry for his wife but not if she was complicit.

like i said, he may have to be a money man for projects, going forward, and have another contractor be the head dude or whatever, but i was more pointing out that he has/had more than just real estate/realtor transactions, only as a realtor, going on
but honestly, he's got more on his plate to worry about right now than his real estate license getting pulled, which is 1000% going to happen

This is starting to sound like an Investigation Discovery episode where we end up finding out that the wife submitted the tips in order to get the husband arrested. That would simplify getting everything in the divorce so she could run off with 26-year-old Bradley from the tennis club. Then you find out later on that she was actually actively involved in all of the wrongdoing.

Gotdam that makes my blood boil.. obvs it’s not worse than kiddie stuff, and if he was looking at pics of kids that’s fricked up- but actually doing sexual stuff to an animal is fricked up on a different level than looking at pictures of anyone/anyhting .

no one is defending the guy and what he's accused of doing... the people here who have said he's a nice dude, me included, are saying that b/c that's the actual empirical, real life evidence and experience we had with this dude...
being he admitted to it, he absolutely is guilty of what he's accused of, and b/c of that, frick this dude.... it doesn't change the past, actual interaction and assessment of those interactions...
