That atm must be anchored to the center of the earth otherwise it would have been ripped out of the ground the first night it was installed.

I pass that ATM occasionally and I’m actually slightly more surprised that there wasn’t a head on collision there because the NBR crowd can’t figure out which way is the correct way to get to it

Google maps shows this was an ATM as far back as 2008. Did it have a history of robberies, and if so, was the sniper protecting it off duty?

If that ATM is even working, you would have to be a complete fool to use it. Sitting duck waiting to be robbed or killed at that sh&* area.
