Can't believe people are so hung up on nudity. OmG, my kid saw a penis or a boob. They are now scarred for life. 
This kid should have listened when they told him to get out though. Just comply. Nudity is against the law. You don't have to agree with the law, but you do have to follow it

It's amazing how Puritan some people can be. Heaven forbid my kid see a penis or boob but I'll let them play violent video games or watch violent tv shows so long as it keeps them occupied.

Sure, but the dude had to be creeping pretty bad to refuse to put trunks on to the point that Ocean Rescue had to be called. Also, he was accused of exposing himself to a young girl.

What do you mean "alone"? My child would be supervised. And no, it wouldn't be a big deal for someone (male or female) that happens to swim by to be nude.
