There once was a man named LeDuff
Who liked to swim in the buff.
He travelled to Florida
Where kids can see more of ya
Until the cops finally had enough.

You completely missed my point retard. American society sees more wrong in nudity than it does violence. It's why we don't have nudity on television but most prime time tv shows are cop or hosptial shows where death and violence are regular occurrences.

I personally don't give a damn what parents do with their own kids, nor do I think the government should regulate violent games or tv, but don't act like there aren't tons of parents in this country who think nudity is a sin but playing GTA or Halo with their adolescent kids is perfectly fine.

And this is a stupid analogy. You come to my house, clothes or not, without my permission and you are trespassing. The beach is public property. If I was at the beach with my kids, I would be more worried about them wandering off without me or drowning than I would be seeing a penis or boob.

It's weird that we have laws requiring people to wear clothes. Nudity is completely natural, we're born naked, and it's odd that people are offended by it. It's especially odd that people are SO offended by it that there are laws against it, including laws with fairly harsh punishments.

It's common practice for many people on the beach in Europe to go naked. Mind you these aren't even specified nudist beaches. While they do have those, I've happened upon many odd things on my travels through Spain.

Americans are so uptight about the human body. Families all over the world swim naked.

y'all baws don't get out of the country much, not talking about this incident per se, but in a lot of countries, whole families/communities go to bath houses/beaches without a shred of clothing to be seen, and many of the bodies shouldn't be seen

In some countries they eat monkey brains, who gives a shite?

So say you have a 13-year old daughter. You telling me you're gonna be out there in the ocean swimming next to her the whole time?

Come on, dude. You're embarrassing yourself. I can see it now...

"Dad, some guy just flashed me!"

"Oh, that's just a dick, honey. You're gonna see plenty of those in the future."

This is just plain stupid. While the beach is public it is also against the law to be naked on said beach. So, one would have the expectation of being able to enjoy the day with their children without seeing some dude's dick.

Actually you don't ever end your career in 2 minutes or less. By the time paperwork gets finalized and shite like that, it may be a year before he actually leaves.

If it's anything like the army he will probably be doing every detail there is

The problem is also he failed to comply to requests so he broke the law. Public indecency not to mention he was near young girls.

Poor decision making on his part.

And no I wouldn't want this guy near my daughter.

Swimming in the ocean isn't flashing.

Why would I have to swim next to her? I can see that she's not drowning from the beach.

Here is what I don't get about nude beaches. People bring their own kids to them. Who wants Dad's sausage or Mom's saggy breasts permanently imprinted on their brain?

From the article

quote:

One concerned parent also told police that LeDuff exposed himself to her 10-year-old daughter, saying the girl was playing in the ocean when he swam near her naked.

I read that. It's not very descriptive. Doesn't really tell me what happened.
