BR should hope to get a Movie House and Eatery. They've been better than Alamo IMHO. Or IPIC But that's way expensive

It is pretty cool idea though
Walt, you ever watch a movie at Canal Place in Nola? There's a place in Covington that's kind of like it, too. Canal Place is a tiny theater and they offer beer and food and serve you while you watch your movie. Granted, it's a tad overpriced. But you do get to weed out some riff raff with the price of admission.

It's a great place to take a lady friend.

Anyone who does business with Spinosa is a freakin idiot. You would think this company would have done their homework regarding Spinosa and his history with movie theaters.

This X1000. Does anyone even Google before agreeing to a multi-million dollar business deal? After that fiasco of holding Perkins Rowe hostage over the chilled water plant, I wouldn't build a snowball stand with that guy.

Not to mention, do you have any idea how bad that is going to make traffic in that stretch of Perkins?

Man I don't know anything about all that. I just like watching a movie in a small theater and having people serve me food and drink.

I completely agree. After that stunt he pulled with the chillers at Perkins Rowe you'd have to be a moron to do business with him.

Can't wait for this. I was hoping that Rouzan would have something like this. All they need now is a Publix and some kind of beer garden bar and I am set.

An even no bigger question is how Spinosa will get subs for the project while there are still pending lawsuits from him screwing over guys at the last project.
