That was the chief Harry Brignac. "Mr. Harry" had been the chief for about 30 years. He was arrested for buying gas for his personal vehicle earlier last year then again for letting his wife drive a marked police car while her license was suspended. She was on probation for DUI.
I assume they were always a little dirty and definitely trashy but the LPSO has had it out for them since she got spotted driving a French Settlement cop car in the Christmas parade.
