Looks like the good folks of Baton Rouge will paying out a settlement in the near future for incompetent, thug constables who don't even understand the 1st amendment.

Baton Rouge Thugs go Hands on.

The guy ask the officer for his name and the officer flat out lies like his name isn't on his shirt. Dumbest cops I've seen in a while.

But I don’t need some guy from Long Island fricking around with no purpose filming just wanting to instigate and catch it on film

I was watching some of these audits yesterday. Didn't know they'd do one in Baton Rouge.

On one hand, they are violating the law and using unnecessary force. On the other, he was probably acting suspicious. And there has been a history of terrorist attacks targeting law enforcement in Baton Rouge relatively recently. So I guess I can see why they'd be concerned.

Not an excuse for breaking the law and lying though.

They had to removed. Anyone is allowed to film in any area that's open to the public. They are only allowed to prevent filming in restricted areas.

As popular as these videos are on youtube, any police or City department in America that can't figure out what a guy with a camera is strolling around and engaging public officials is doing deserves what they get.

That's the real shame. I'm not sure why agencies don't make officers carry their own insurance. If they are sued enough and the premiums become too expensive then they will voluntarily give up law enforcement.

They pushed him down the stairs of the entrance. He has a swollen ankle. Nothing serious, but it will play well during mediation of the settlement.

He's top 5 for sure. He's respectful and knowledgeable. He actually challenges unconstitutional policy and has it changed.

Someone has to push back against the police state this country has become.

Those tyrants immediately escalated and went hands on within the 1st 10seconds of making contact with him.

She needs to be fired. She's the reason the rest acted like wild animals.
