The third person

so, we figured this out and the police are looking for two suspects...Do we think this means that they have a third one already in house or they're morons and should be alerted

Deputies believe the first man was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a camouflage backpack and a mask, and the other man was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a black backpack, Hicks said. Hicks asked anyone with information to call EBRSO at 389-5000 of Crimestoppers anonymously at 344-STOP.

I called the tipline and let them know the robbers were black.

did a 3rd person hand them a bag?

there was a 3rd person, but that could have simply been whoever they took initially to open up everything, and they were just following orders
Or it could be that exact same person i just described except they were in on it.

Also, make EVERY single bank utilize the bullet-proof glass. That way when some hoodrat demands money with a note, the tellers can all laugh and point.

I don't think you understand how bullet proof glass works. If you continue shooting in the same spot, it will fail.

Trace does cyber security. they'll sneak in your business dressed like pest control to find and and plug into your network via a switch in a closet or some shite to show you the vulnerabilities.

I don't think they do physical armed robbery scenarios.

lol..they did if you paid them enough
Edit: Without confirming when I worked there, employees have been put into police cars..There were clients who wanted to push the envelope, but a scenario like this would simply be that we watched the employee and after three days noticed that the flip the lights outside twice, pull one shade down and do something else dramatic..then, the second person walks in knowing that the bank is clear...THIS is when you get robbed exactly like this BR bank..you go in with the second person

WBRZ omits the descriptions on purpose so as not to tip off the perps that they are looking for them.

Banks are still being robbed and this is 2018. I only care about the employees. Part of me thinks these gigantic corporate greed machines get what they deserve sometimes.

Huh?

Tellers are instructed to comply with essentially any demand a robber makes. You can rob a bank through the drive through if you want to do so. If you tell them no dye pack, they won't put one. The only concern the bank has is the employees and their safety. They've got insurance for the money itself.
