The FB video didn't look that way. It looked like the guy was ready to fight when the cops got there, and who just walks around at a very well known police hangout carrying a loaded AR and ski mask with three armed buddies?
The initial fight and brandishing/shots fired was most likely bait to get the cops to come there. If I had to guess, their original intent was to ambush inside the store, but since no cops were there, they had to improvise

Close enough. my parents live a couple blocks into the neighborhood. Hope they don't run across my old man. He has more time, guns, and ammo than he knows what to do with. And we have LEO family members.
