Doesn't matter where it was, he should have gotten out of there with his daughter. Swallow the pride. No sense in getting beat down in front of your kid and endangering her at the same time.

The dude holding the kid obviously got his brains bashed in, but I wouldn't even be opposed to him being arrested for endangering a kid as he put the kid in that situation and was actually throwing punches with the kid in hand. F him too.
