There's a ton of wind on the backside of the system. It's windier here now than it was right after the storms went through.

Even mildly asleep you may have missed it.
there wasn't much wind at all, which is surprising given how bad the spring storms like to get. (For those who don't live in N Texas, it can look like a tropical storm/hurricane sometimes with 40+ mph sustained winds. )
It was just an absolute downpour of rain.
I think most of the bad wind stuff hit south of FW though.
What is interesting is that the most severe band of weather looked the same here as it does on the radars in this thread.
