Do Cold Play and Luke Bryan court the same audience?

I'm willing to bet there's the same if not more overlay in their audiences compared to Rihanna and Dr. Dre, or Usher and Bad Bunny.

I should probably just drop it at this point. I could go back and forth all day but some people will never admit when they're wrong.

Alicia Keys is definitely not rap or hip hop. I never even mentioned her. But she was in a group of performers that included rap and hip hop artists.

The NFL has always had trashy fans but now the league has started catering to them and doubling down...

I see this often, and yet, last year SB was the most watched tele-cast in US history.

I guess for each of you they lose, they more than make it up in some other household.

You probably shouldn't rely strictly on AI. It's not super accurate. I know all of those songs except one, and guess what, she is singing, not rapping on those songs.

Again, I know her music. I've listened to the majority of her albums in full.

I have a hip hop/pop Trivia Nugget for you Rihanna fans.

Rihanna gives a tip of the cap to MC T. Tucker's (Nola Bounce's true originator) song "Where Dey At" on her song "Hard":

quote:

Where them girls talking trash? Where them girls talking trash?
Where they at? Where they at? Where they at?
Where them bloggers at? Where them bloggers at?
Where they at? Where they at? Where they at?
Where your lighters at? Where your lighters at?
Where they at? Where they at? Where they at?
So hard (Yeah!) so hard (Yeah!)
So hard (Yeah!) so hard (Yeah!)

Would be business malpractice to not cater to your fans.

They are trying to attract more.

I guess they figured out stupid people have less impulse control and are more easily impressed.

a lot of people have the game on as background noise for a SB party, I know the TV will be on at my house even though I probably won't watch it, it still counts as a watch in the ratings

Whats your point? TV made the Kardashians a household name.

Pop culture is retarded, and they cater to retarded people.

Are people really not understanding why the nfl would have a massive Spanish language artist for the sb halftime show?

It’s all about expansion. No white or black person is going to not watch the Super Bowl because of this.

There's a lot of posters here saying they're done with the NFL yet they're always in the game threads.

The melts and discussion over the SB halftime is weird to me. Just turn the channel or do something else for 20 minutes.

I did a project on NFL marketing in grad school. The Latino market is actually where they were blowing up at the time.
