One of my buddies picked Biloxi for his bachelor party a few years ago and, I didn't pick mine to be there, but we went along with it and had a good time.
Rolled out of New Orleans after lunch and hit Visions for an hour or two on the way over (two drivers had to stay sober to get us the rest of the way). Once we checked in at Hard Rock we were pretty buzzed and just hit the Beau buffett for dinner, which has significantly declined. Went back to HRC and gambled the night away.
Next day, we woke up, hit a boozed up breakfast at HRC before heading to play golf at Great Southern Golf Club. Brought our own ice chests (pretty sure that's not allowed) and made it about 14 holes until we ran out of beer and said eff it, let's go drink more at Hard Rock. Now the pool was closed this weekend, but after we got back and did some late afternoon gambling, we had dinner at the Ruth's Chris in there.
Got pretty sauced at dinner then gambled the night away again.
TL;DR - Hit a strip club on the way into Biloxi, not much to do besides gamble all night, play golf wherever, Ruth's Chris is the only good meal to eat and if you don't gamble you will hate it.

Go to Mary Mahoney's across the street from Beau/Hard Rock. It's the best in town - fresh Gulf seafood, steaks, kinda fancy but it's your buddy's last night of freedom.

biloxi (casino pools) is always filled with bachelorette parties so that won't be so bad

About the only other things to do in that town are golf and possibly a decent fishing trip, if you are extremely lucky. Night activities are limited to the casino.
Maybe your crazy group pf guys could hit up a movie, or bowling.

There's nothing wrong with Biloxi - tons casinos that are set up like mini resorts, golf (far superior golf to NOLA), fishing charters, good food, etc. If you want to creep on drunk women just go to the bars @ Hard Rock and Beau, there's a shitload of women there.
It's obviously not NOLA but who cares? NOLA is better for out-of-town guests who have never been to Bourbon before. As someone who lives in the NOLA area I could give zero fux about going to a Bachelor party in Biloxi compared to the Quarter. Hell, since I'm a golfer I'd prefer Biloxi.
I feel like most people in this thread haven't been to Biloxi since 1992.
