Yes. They should have just stayed home like traditionally young people do when it comes time to vote.

This time they wanted to make their voices be heard and what we ended up with is this Obama Economy.

They didn't. From that other guy's link: LINK

The 30-44 years old were the only other age group Obama won but he only won them by 52%. Millenials on the other hand he won by a whoopping 66%!

The better question is show me some data that does not prove it. Our generation is fricked, from health plans, to social security, to our basic rights. And we all have your generation to thank for that. When social security collapses, and some millennials will be counting on it, then you old frickers still remaining will still be bitching about how spoiled and entitled we are.

The left wing Boomers and Gen Xers the problem is you Millennials listen to them instead of listening to the right wing Boomers and Gen Xers who are trying to tell y'all that shite the left is pushing on you won't work.

Yeah, it's all the left wing Boomers, not the right wing ones that want to bomb anything out of existence just to say they can or continuing a pointless and corrupt drug war. It's all the left wing. Sorry I doubted you.

It's really cute that the problems in the United States are blamed on anyone but congress.
If you want to blame it on voter apathy, fine. But the actions of the American Aristocracy for the last 50 years have been in the interests of themselves and their respective parties. The interests of the people are peripheral at best.

and the Government still spending like "drunken Sailors", the deficit is going to explode...

As a former drunken sailor, I take offense at this. I always quit spending money when I ran out of money to spend.

Please look at who voted for the current administration.
Earlier quote, "the debt gonna explode" - have you looked at the $17 trillion # - the interest is increasing about $1mil every 10 seconds - seconds!
I offer the following food for thought:
Saul David Alinsky (January 30, 1909 – June 12, 1972) was an American community organizer and writer. He is generally considered to be the founder of modern community organizing. He is often noted for his book Rules for Radicals.

How to create a social state by Saul Alinsky:
There are 8 levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state. The first is the most important.

1) Healthcare – Control healthcare and you control the people
2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier
to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
4) Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.
5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)
6) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what
children learn in school.
7) Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools……..
8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

Any of this sound familiar OT? Sleep well.

You do realize Obama won in a landslide and the Boomers (largely a liberal generation) played a huge hand in him being elected twice, right?

The VAST majority of Obama's votes came from non millennials. This is a fact. You can't dispute this.

Also, who elected 43 and the congress/senate at that time? The economy began to fall apart during his time in office.

The largest pctg came from Millennials.

Seems they have buyers remorse though. You learn from your mistakes

quote:

A new poll from Harvard University’s Institute of Politics found that Millennial approval of Obama has dipped to the lowest ever, at 41 percent. Their dissatisfaction with Obama now mirrors the rest of the country. Similarly, 56 percent of Americans aged 18 to 29 disapprove of Obamacare, compared to only 39 percent who support it. The younger Millennials are becoming increasingly less Democratic. Of those age 18 to 24, 31 percent identify as Democrats and 25 percent as Republicans.

You own him. Millennials want as much free stuff as the Boomers did.
