Wonder if this kind of thing would fall under the "revenge porn" law in TX. Well if it sticks, because theres a freedom of speech lawsuit fighting it. Smh

There’s nothing wrong with taking nude photos, you just don’t include your damn face. I mean how hard is that? Even an obvious tattoo you have can leave some plausible deniability and is a little less personal.
