I use to sell cars, I believe that is the future (in most ways). Imo, future ‘dealers’ will have a demo of each model (maybe top line/base line) for consumers to try then order. No more commission sale ppl, rather ‘agents’ for the brand. With ppl being able to buy a hyundai/ Ford via amazon now only proves this is direction (but ppl still want to test drive/feel what they are buying before paying $20k+ for a product). Will be no more negotiating, pressure sales ppl/f&i managers, will be more like a furniture store transaction imo. Well see sooner than later
Yes I agree BTW. The buying experience with Tesla was incredible compared to traditional brands
