Avoyelles Parish hits for cycle...Leader in Clubhouse for Trash award

Gets in fight with mother over Trump money, sets a building on fire, flees on a ATV, standoff with police armed with a BB gun, charges after the State Police on said ATV, then gets tased........takes shirtless mugshot.
Two observations:
1). How was he not shot and killed
2) that is a rough 51 years
