Average salary for a cop in Long Island?

Six figures. I’ve been pulled over 3x this week in LI compared to 3x in the last 10 years. Two of the stops were over a bike rack, deciding to give me a failure to signal ticket, which was bullshite.
Is it worth taking tickets to trial? And what are the chances their dash cam was recording?

Louisiana would need to order extra ticket books if they gave out these tickets!!! Pisses me off when people are too lazy to use their turn signals.

So much going on here. Would you feel better if you were pulled over by guys making less money? Would you prefer to keep breaking the law and not get pulled over? Are you against enforcement of all crimes or just the ones you think aren’t important? You should definitely go to court and cite the “they make six figures” argument. Plus, roll the dice and lie about what happened. The camera probably wasn’t recording and those perjury charges are every bit as much BS as failing to signal.

Their average salary has what to do with you being pulled over three times this week and whether they have dash cam evidence of your guilt how? PS: UR dum for getting the same ticket two times within a week for the same violation.

If you really did signal your turn, it's likely their cameras were "broken" at the time.
You can try fighting them. They're so minor you might win via the ticketing officer not showing up for court.

Curious to know if most of the arresting officers were black females there in LI? The force would be saving 34% in labor costs.
